Our Rudraksha malas have approx. 33 beads. Our Karungali malas have approx. 54 beads. Each piece in the collection lists its bead type, count and pendant finish.
Are the pendants made from gold or silver?
The pendants are metal with a golden or silver finish, as described for each design.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within India. Dispatch is within 24 hours, with delivery in 4–6 days. Orders above ₹499 receive free delivery, and cash on delivery is available.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your product is damaged or incorrect. Moksh Deepam covers return shipping for these items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Email mokshdeepam@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88188 28872 with your order number and a description of the issue.
What are my two free gifts, and how do I choose them?

Do Rudraksha and Karungali products come with a certificate?
Yes. Every Rudraksha and Karungali product includes an individually tested, verifiable certificate. Use the verification details provided on your certificate, or contact us on WhatsApp if you need help verifying it.
Do I have to pay extra or make a donation?
No. You pay for your product as usual. There is no extra payment or donation for Seva. Moksh Deepam funds the meals from its own profits and arranges the service.
Is it one meal per order or per product?
Per product purchased and delivered. One delivered product funds one human meal; two delivered products fund two human meals. Complimentary gifts are not counted as purchased products.
